How purchasing works
Review the scope before you pay.
- Step 1
Choose whichever service matches the job you need done.
- Step 2
Receive a written scope, actual delivery date, cancellation terms, and refund terms.
- Step 3
Accept the scope in writing.
- Step 4
Kit & File sends a Mercury invoice or payment link. Work begins after cleared payment.
There is no instant service checkout or automatic scheduler. These buttons open the secure Kit & File inquiry form. You receive an intake acknowledgement, and Chris replies manually from chris@kitandfile.com.

In one focused review, Chris identifies where AI can realistically save time, improve follow-through, or reduce repetitive work in your business— and where it should stay out of the way.
