Plain-language policies.

These policies apply to purchases made through the Kit & File store.

Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and retaining their download files.

Personal-use license

Unless a product says otherwise, purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the files for personal or internal business purposes. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed, or used to create a competing product library.

Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed downloads are generally not refundable. We will correct duplicate charges, inaccessible files, and materially incorrect product delivery. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Information, not professional advice

Products are educational and organizational resources. They are not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Privacy and payments

We collect only information needed to operate the store, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases and processes payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and refunds. Payment credentials are not stored by Kit & File.
