Every individual Kit&File digital kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email support@kitandfile.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record
Purchases from our store are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout, also apply. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy.
What the guarantee covers
Individual digital kits bought through our store checkout. A full refund returns the whole order total, including any tax charged. Bundles aren't covered by this guarantee. If you want the refund window, buy the kits one at a time. Services aren't covered either.
How to request a refund
Email support@kitandfile.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number or the email address you used to buy. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your email. We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy and reply to confirm. Your bank can take up to 10 days to show it on your statement.
Bought a kit on Gumroad? The same terms apply. Email support@kitandfile.com within 30 days with your Gumroad receipt, and I'll refund you through Gumroad within 2 business days. You keep the files.
Your license and files
If you get a refund, you keep the license and the files.

One refund per customer per product.
What the guarantee is not
This is a refund window, not a promise of specific results. As our Terms of Service say, no specific earnings, performance, or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Services: cancellation and refunds
Kit&File services are custom, fixed-scope engagements, so they aren't covered by the 30-day guarantee on our digital products. There's no money-back guarantee for a change of mind, satisfaction, or sales results.
Completed work. Work properly completed under your accepted scope isn't refundable just because your plans change or you don't use it.
Cancelling. To cancel, tell us in writing at chris@kitandfile.com. We keep the agreed value of the work already completed, plus any third-party costs you expressly approved that can't be avoided. We refund any unearned balance. Your scope sets out these values before work begins.
If we can't deliver. If Kit&File can't deliver the agreed work, we'll either agree a revised plan with you or refund the undelivered portion. If something in the delivered work falls short of the scope, we'll correct it first. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Dates and changes. Delivery dates may move if inputs, access, or approvals from you are delayed. Any change to the scope needs written agreement from both of us.

Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to a purchase. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms apply together with those rights and with this guarantee.
