Terms of Service
These terms govern digital products offered by Kit & File LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company wholly owned by Just Signal LLC.
Agreement and purchases
By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable product description, price, license, refund terms, these Terms of Service, and the buyer terms presented by the merchant of record at checkout. If those checkout terms conflict with these terms regarding payment processing, tax, refunds, or mandatory consumer rights, the checkout terms and applicable law control for that transaction.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining reasonable security over downloaded files, account access, and delivery links.
License and prohibited use
Your purchase provides only the rights stated in our Digital Product License. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or publicly share the source files except where a product page expressly grants broader rights.
Refunds and product problems
Purchases processed through Paddle are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the current Paddle links and request process. Mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot legally be waived continue to apply.
Information, not professional advice
Kit & File products are educational and organizational resources, not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, tax, employment, or other licensed professional advice. No specific earnings, performance, or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Availability and changes
We may update, replace, or stop offering a product or site feature. An update will not remove license rights already granted for files you lawfully purchased. Material policy changes will be posted with a new effective date.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kit & File LLC's liability arising from a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
