Usage rights

Digital Product License

Unless a product page says otherwise, purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the files.

Permitted use

You may use and modify the files for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may print working copies, store reasonable backup copies, and use your completed outputs in your own work.

Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, publicly share, or upload the source files to a shared library, marketplace, or public repository. You may not use the source files to create a directly competing downloadable product for resale.

Ownership

Kit & File LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the source files, design, and intellectual property. Your purchase grants a license, not a transfer of copyright or other ownership rights.
