No. Kit & File commits to the confirmed deliverables and schedule, not market response, leads, meetings, sales, or revenue.
What about cancellation and refunds?
Services aren't covered by the 30-day guarantee on our digital products. Work properly completed under your accepted scope isn't refundable if your plans change. If you cancel in writing, we keep the agreed value of completed work and refund any unearned balance. If we can't deliver, we agree a revised plan with you or refund the undelivered portion.
